Untitled (passing)

A work consisting of three square boards, each bearing a fragment of the word przemijanie (“passing”): “prze,” “mija,” “nie.” The segmentation reveals that the word can be read as a combination of independent words that can be recombined, multiplying possible meanings. This continues Dróżdż’s ontological reflection on space-time, as the generation of successive meanings relies on both temporal and spatial associations. The work has been produced as a digital print on paper mounted on a rigid support.
